Mungkin setiap orang pasti ada agenda peribadi untuk menyambut syawal yang bakal tiba, suasana makin menjadi rancak dengan multi-activities dan yang pastinya "shopping". Dikesempatan cuti hujung minggu yang lalu SK berkesempatan mengunjungi gedung membeli-belah sekitar ibu-kota dan yang pastinya RM pun menjadi mangsa keadaan. Alamak! ke'ghairahan menyambut syawal tahun ini makin dirasakan kekurangan berbanding zaman masih muda remaja (bukan beerti skrg sudah kertu! k) cuma apa yang perlu dibeli perlu dikira sedalamnya. Even, di ibu-kota ini pilihan bagi mereka

yang bertubuh besar agak kurang kalau dibandingkan dengna Europe alamak..... :) so? the best choice kena cari tempat2x yang agak kebaratan compare Jln. TAR dan sewaktu dengannya. Alhamdulillah budget for baju melayu telah dilaksanakan semasa kunjungan pertama ke-Vietnam tempoh hari so jadinya tinggal upah jahit shj dan yang pastinya juga tidak sempat untuk menghantar dikota Taipeng disebabkan tertinggal membawanya pada kunjungan tempoh hari.

Lupa nak menyebut ini, stlh lama blog ini menyepi disebabkan kesibukkan aktiviti harian serta zaman persekolahan sekitar tahun 2008-2010 jadinya blog ini terus bersawang. Harap masih ada follower yang sudi untuk terus bersama-sama merasai dan mendalami jiwa yang semakin hari semakin kerta :) Mungkin penulisan yang mendatang lebih ter-arah kepada informasi terkini dan luahan rasa yang makin matang untuk mendefinasikan perasaan yang makin terasa kedamaian. When start listening this song, i feel proud to prove yang love still around me . Alhamdulillah, i can still meeting love around and sometimes i request to have that because of needs. After so long stop writing blog and now i come back with my HOT story and some with my own ideas of life, love and myself.... b4 i start with the story about me, lets me introduce a new looks and new me. Well, after 1 yeat attached with my new company i feel proud to be part of management and so far everything smootlhy working and very happy. Biasa ler kan , tak pernah dpt sumthing big like that..everything dijaga and already prove to everyone i can handle any kind of situation yang very very tied. I'm not talking about my bad hisotry, but i prefer to write about my succcess story and even as referal to everyone who like to read my writing.

About my Master program, so far alhamdulillah still in line and so far i can ccatch up every semester...finally this 2009 is the last yr program before i have my own Master of Software Engineering. Even a local program, but the lecturer who taking care of each subject very well know in their line and also the subject that we discuss.

Setiap hari kita akan bercakap soal cinta, nafsu dan diri sendiri, tetapi dalam soal hati..perlu ker kita memirkan tentang diri orang lain sedangkan kita sendiri tahu tentang perasaan kita yang perlu dijaga yang mana telah terhiris? dan bagaimana pula kita perlu jaga hati kita yang mana kita tahu telah dihancurkan ? For me simple, i'm not finding LOVE but i'm looking LOVE but now these..honest in LOVE itu still wujud or telah jauh manusia buang ketepi demi LUST? dan sejauh mana telah dibuang tersebut we have to ask deeply without arguing about that. Nah, persoalan skrg benarkah cinta itu masih wujud, hard to says. But, for me....is there is love, i will accept but at the same time i'm not looking. I'm not perfect person for someone to LOVE but i know i can be a good lover for those who like and love me.

But, this is deeply hard to explain, coz different person have different expectation on relationship and what they want in relationship. For me simple, is no rite or wrong to start relationship...if not working, end up as good friend.

seperti biasa, jika dah lama sangat cuti jadi malas segala2nya nak start balik apa sahaja kita nak buat. But, this is the best holiday ever for me sbbnyer penuh dengan program yg i rasa complete. Selain dari pergi fitness, i dah complete segala aktiviti yang bernas dengan penuh rasa kepenuhan segala emosi. i'm a bit free this few days di sebabkan oleh rasa kepala tidak terlalu berat memikirkan pasal benda2 yg i rasa tidak perlu. hidup mesti pandang kedepan dari terus melihat keblakang.

nahhh, calling2 amir ajak lunch bersama dekat pho hoa...a vietnamese restaurant...ya allah sedapnyer food dia. very healthy and price also not bad. After lunch, nahhhh shopping :)

Apa yang i mencari insyaallah mungkin di realisasikan dengan harapan akan menjadi satu impian yang pasti i kejarkan itu. hurm lama jugak tak update blog since a bit bz dengan "kerja sekolah", "kerja pejabat", diri sendiri dan lain-lain lagi. Banyak commitment yang perlu di agihkan since dan masuk dalam dunia yang diri sendiri decided.

This weekend so hedict coz ada replacement class on Saturday and Sunday. Normally a class for submit assignment, final discussion and also meeting friends. nahhhh, i ader 10 assignment yang perlu di settlekan dan yang pasti tidak lama lagi i akan hantar utk final exam.

by the way, tak tau lagi apa nak cakap lagi...... :)

Yesterday, i was attending an interview in VADS and i pray for successful coz really interested to joint that big company. Nahhhh, im wishing sumthing good for my 28th besday this yr. Stop talking about interview, now we move to next topic with is more..more....

about my self now getting better and start chill out back, even still can out for karaoke session with a few friend of Justin. Nahhh, lontaran vocal i semakin berani dengan lagu2 yg bernada tinggi. Well, only professional singer can do like that..without pitching lari ke laut macam Dius bukan nama sebenar :) HUrmmm but i can says, the best vocal performance masa lagu Kau Ilhamku and Sailing duet dengan Justin....nahhhhh everything perfect, cuma x ader performance jer :)

so, this is my life....perfect 10 this week, im happy!

Sometimes better being single then attached for some reason! BUT, this is life...we feel better n happy bila di accompany with someone special in whatever action and reaction. Even this few week a bit tuff for me to handling a lots of cases and problems but finally i realize its all about MATURITY.

Yesterday, back from work around 5.30pm...hahaha a bit earlier then before coz nak runway from traffic jam, then reached Menara Axis about 6 plus am...naHhhhh im not stuck in heavy rain yesterday, thanks god. Nahhh, after a few days x joint bodyjam, today i nak start back to shack my butt...hahhaha hey, watch out..im more energetic then before after "lepas bersalin"...hahaaha means high fever last few days.

nahhhh, after gym nuril n shah invite me to joint them DINNER dekat pj state..alamakkkkk should i go since im on diet lah...but bcoz of friends...so i joint them. Heiii, its really fine dinner in strawberry field, Nuril, Shah, Sam, Jerry, and nina. After ordered some food to grab...hahahah nahHhhhh, beef with dried chili i choose for dinner tonite. Alamakkkkk heavy dinner ok..but its ok..... then i decide to call Frank to joint us , and he cum along from KL..thanks my dear friend. You are such a nice friend n people in the world. After 11 plus, then....nahhhh the conversation stop and balik! hahahha

Thanks for frank coz belanja us lastnite, and thanks to everybody coz uol all looks stunning after fitness...hahahha and be my good friends.

How should i write today? actually kepala i nie still tak betul..maybe need some adjustment before proceed with anything.

On Tues, even headache but still have motivation for exercise today since a few days already im not going. finished BJ class around 8.20pm even before class start kak anita already give me 2 penadol....but still not work. After class, directly drive back and then mandi.... (hot shower). Nahhhhh, my body start wave, shaking n etc....and then kepala start bergerak2 macam nak mati :( i try my best utk stand n rilex but stil not work. So, tak nak become more marabahaya... called damansara specialist untuk buat treatment!

Nah, terus kena admitted dekat hospital that nite...... what to do terbang ler $$$$$$$$ but its ok..healthiness is more then important then others. So....duduk ler dalam hospital.....!

Today, 08042008...only a few days left for me to celab my 28th besday! I'm happy to celab this yr besday with a few friend and "alone". What i've plan for a few month just "PECAH" lyk a mirror and can't use anymore... so just buang semuanya dan tak perlu nak ingatkan lagi.

This weekend a bit tough for me since i have replacement class on Sat & Sun. A bit tired, lonely, and etc...fulfill my feelingness but this is my life, doesn't means apa yang kita harapkan surely kita akan dapat. Posting yang i nak buat today is actually about my new hair color. hahaha....Yesterday plan nak colorkan rambut but not confident enough sbb dah lama x buat keje nie. So, since joint gurls (ida, aety, and nurul) for lunch....spt biasa tempat spot dia org maybe grap very little rice with very nice ikan keli bakar.....yummmiesss but not cooked in microwave yup :) and some vegi..ohhh i like.... Stop it, talking about hair color, so singgah sebentar utk melihat warna-warna yang menarik so ok, i chooose revive mango! Uhhhhh how its looks like ? but its ok, confident...confident..hahahhaa

Back from office around 6.30pm, laying around depan TV..... so starting cuci apa yang patut then mulakan process mewarnakan rambut sambil melihat aksi2 American Idol...hurmm with is tada satupun yang i rasa outstanding selain dr my fav idols.... ok, reveal after 2 kali process mewarnakan rambut, here i attached some pic . hahahhaha

Last nite... back from fitness i feel so lonely!!! aghhhh i dnt lyk this situation....so just checking my phone is there any sms i received from someone or just he ignored my sms or call. Starting work a bit sleepy today coz around 4am i have to woke up and drive in the earlier morning to picked up my sister from Kedah since she was travel alone by Bus. Aghhh, i don't like this situation but what can i do, its part of contributive for my beloved family. Woke up around 7.15am today..alamak....terlepas subuh sudah!!! and with extra power from coffee radixxx i try my best to be strong this morning.

Back from fitness on SUN, seriously im so hunger coz from morning after class i just taking Gardenia RM0.60 corn bread with dutch lady. aHhhhh addicted, start from mornin till afternoon lots of works should i settle.... aGhhhh its all about interface, interface and interface. Finally all the issues raised by them i can seetle today...is not that so important to write here by the way, its all about my problems, tasking and jobs. Back from work, with is i have appointment with a new friend....around 6.30pm and we just having a very nice HOT CHOC in starbuck since around 7.30 he has to meet clients in MIDVEL. so the appointment btw us very rushing but im happy to meet a young people but success in his own career.

eIhhhhh after withdraw some money, heyyy watch out NIKE shop for will. Since 3 month im not pampered myself with SHOPPING....serious ??? aghhh i think last month i already bought euphoria for men (set) and few stuff. My plan in NIKE casual is actually for window shop but naHhhhh!!!! i cant stop myself from buy something, isHhhhh this is my sakit i think but hey.....50% off and 70% off...please this is a good deal ok....u can but anything u want with very low price..and NIKE original ok...not from Thailand! but actually some stuff from Thailand but originally NIKE and of course some from China as well. Heyyy watch out that shoes, black and white colours. hahahha Mr J said, looks lyk a penguin..... yup i think so coz ada a bit yellow inside of the shoes.

Hurmmm i should buy that shoes, casual....lyk the shape as well as design...excuse me...u should buy ok, price from 400..now only rm160. back from office around 6pm plus, mum cooked sumthing simple but i lyk it very much since a few month already miss my mum cooking. Hey, they start asking me about my future wife, how should i answer this questions since only me inI'm wake up a bit late today since last nite chatting with mum n dad since they are here for a few days holiday in KL. Nuthing much i can says about that since i feel proud when they are here with me since im stay alone. Back from the family still single.

This few week, i been introducing to someone by Kak Marina (master classmate) and im not sure what next after this. Just few conversation in phone n smsing and plan to have 1st dating next week on wed. A bukan nama sebenar...hahahhaa hope ader future in the end of dating lah rite, but i'm not sure coz anything can happen since i know she is daughter for someone in this market. Hurmmm afraid to have someone in high class family and the only daughter in the family, i'm sure manja nyer with is afraid i cant handle it, but this is cabaran for me to involved in this life.

Today, after zohor directly going to fitness for shaking my butt..joining bodyjam class instructed by stephen..hurmm not so many people only a few regular joint the class lyk kak nita, nuril, wanda n etc...oklah that leng chai still young 24. after 1 hours class, nuthing to do..just malaskan diri to do some weight training then taking then back home. oppps, before that taking shower in FF and 15 min masuk dalam sauna...aHhhh feel fresh today.

MANAGING YOUR INCOME - HOW TO CONTROL YOUR SPENDING HABIT

“To Spend or Not to Spend… that’s The Question!” How many times have this question crossed our minds? Almost every time when we take money out of pockets, right? Have a day passed by without us having spent a single cent? Unlikely! The question is not whether to spend or not but rather, How Do We Control Our Spending Habits. Below are some smart spending habits to adopt in order to be financially healthy.

Spend According to Budget

There is a Malay proverb that says “ukur baju di badan sendiri” that we should measure our clothes on our own shoulders. This is the equivalent of saying that we should spend according to our budget. We have already covered the topic on Budgeting in our previous article and to reiterate it: Budgeting is really a plan for us to spend without feeling guilty about it later. What is important here is that we need to have a “Spending Plan” in the first place. Without it, we would most likely be spending on impulse or what is commonly known as Impulse Buying. We can’t avoid impulse buying totally and it’s not wrong. There would be times when we just can’t resist that aroma flowing from that cup of Cappuccino or that pair of shoes or handbag which is on sale! However, when it becomes the norm rather than the exception, we have to be wary of our spending habit.

In preparing your Spending Plan, you should also learn to anticipate your needs. For example, if we are going to get ourselves new clothes for the coming festive season, get it earlier during the Mega Sale or whenever a good bargain comes our way (for example, during a warehouse sale or closing down sale). If we were to buy an umbrella each time it starts raining, we not only end up with too many umbrellas but may have to pay a premium for it. It is also advisable to budget for unexpected expenses like wedding angpows, car repairs, home repairs etc. These items, if not provided for, may throw us off-budget!

Compare Prices

Do we make it a habit to shop around before buying something or do we just buy it? Some of us might argue that the time and cost of shopping around before buying a bottle of cooking oil or a tube of toothpaste may not be worth it. True and that is why we have to be a Smart Consumer – we should plan our purchases and have a record of prices of these essential items. Here, we could devise our very own “Price Book” to record down the prices of the items that we buy regularly and know exactly where and when we could get the best deal!

For example, if Store A has the lowest prices for most of the items in our shopping list during weekdays, then we should plan our grocery shopping during the weekday there. However, if Store B has the best bargains during the weekends and we are only free during the weekends, we should go there instead. The point is – have a Shopping List, a Price Book and Stick to them. In fact, we can make this entire process a fun family activity by getting our children help in doing a “price survey” each time they go shopping. Each family member can then compare notes to see who can find the best bargain in town! This would not only help us in comparing prices but also teach our children the value of money.

Branded Stuff

What’s in a Name? Everything and it may be worth more than the product itself and as consumers, we tend to buy the brands that we trust the most. This is well and fine but when we end up buying things that we don’t need or can’t afford, it becomes a problem. Some of us buy branded stuff because we are influenced by the images conjured and emotional appeal created by the advertisement itself and not because we need it. As a Smart Consumer, we have to sometimes look beyond the brand and ask ourselves: “Do I really need it?”, “is it really worth that much?” and “Can I really afford it?” Don’t make purchases based on images or even what your friends have but rather on your needs and the merits of the product itself.

Buying Second-Hand Items

The thought of buying second-hand items might put some people off but this is a great way to stretch your Ringgit. The greatest benefit of doing so is to allow the first buyer to take the initial depreciation of the goods, which is normally the largest. Take for example of buying a brand new car. Most of the time, the new car owner would suffer between 10-20% depreciation of the value of his new car the moment he drives it out of the showroom! If he sells it after 3 years, he may sell it for two-thirds of the initial purchase price, if he is lucky! Imagine if you’d bought it from him… it’s like getting a “discount”. Yes, you may not get that “new smell” of a car but does it really matter? It may be worth the sacrifice as long as the car is well-maintained, accident-free and heavily discounted, don’t you think so?

Another good example of products that we may not want to buy it new is baby products, especially clothing and toys. Some of us might cringe at that idea but it is not uncommon. Baby clothing is not cheap and your baby will most likely wear for short period of time as the baby will outgrow the clothing very fast. Ideally, we could get hand-me-downs for free by dropping a hint here and there. Otherwise, we could either borrow or buy them second-hand from parents who will no longer need them anymore.

Buying Second-Hand items can also include new items sold at a fraction of their original price because of product defects, factory overruns and clearance of old stocks. Unless you are a celebrity or some very important public figure, you do not need to be spotted with the latest fashion or newest model of mobile phones, watches etc. If we do not mind the slight defects or it being a slightly older model, there are bounds of opportunities to grab a good bargain. There are numerous places to consider when buying these items, including warehouse sales, factory outlets, garage sales, junk stores and the flea markets. The process of bargaining can be quite fun and you will certainly sharpen your bargaining skills over time!

The Sleep Test

Shopping can be an addiction and is never easy to resist. We all know the symptoms when the buying bug bites… we feel the adrenalin rush that makes our hearts desire for it; then it goes right up our head and we start rationalizing about it. We tell ourselves that since we worked so hard, we truly deserve it and want to reward ourselves JUST THIS ONCE! Finally, it triggers our hands to dig into our pockets and out comes the “Plastic Card” – CHARGE IT!

Our will may be strong but our flesh is weak! After all, we are only humans, right? However, one effective way to counter this is through “sleeping over it”. This will be especially useful for big-ticket items like buying a new car, changing that old furniture set, renovating our home, buying that plasma/ LCD TV or even that home-theatre system or whatever else we are considering. Before committing ourselves to these items, sleep over it and take a closer look at our budget to see if the purchase fits into your current plan. Discuss it over with your spouse or family and take all the time you need to think it through carefully because once the money is gone, it’s gone!

Remember: When making your next purchase, ask yourself these questions: “Do I really NEED it?”, “Is it within my Budget?” “Is it the Best Deal?” “Can I find a cheaper Brand with the same value?” “Can I find a Second-Hand item instead?”
